近日,中国农业大学三亚研究院红旗基地传来重磅消息——由广州美亚蓄能科技有限公司打造的多能互补超低能耗智能温室大棚正式投用。这项融合多项自主创新技术的设施农业成果,彻底破解热带地区种植瓶颈,真正实现了“产量高、品质优、收益稳”的目标为热带设施农业发展注入强劲动力。

Recently, the Hongqi Base of Sanya Research Institute under China Agricultural University announced a major breakthrough: Guangzhou Mayer TES Technology Limited Company has officially launched its multi-energy complementary ultra-low energy consumption smart greenhouse. This agricultural innovation, integrating multiple self-developed technologies, has effectively overcome the bottlenecks in tropical crop cultivation. The facility has achieved the goals of "high yield, superior quality, and stable returns", injecting strong momentum into the development of tropical facility agriculture.

三亚夏季高温高湿的气候,传统温室大棚更因能耗高、调控难,每年空置期超4个月,运营成本居高不下。而美亚蓄能的技术方案,为这一行业痛点提供了创新性解法。

Sanya's summer climate is characterized by high temperatures and humidity. Traditional greenhouses, however, face challenges such as high energy consumption and difficult temperature control, resulting in annual downtime exceeding four months and persistently high operational costs. Mayer TES's technological solution offers an innovative approach to address these industry pain points.

项目最核心的技术在于自主研发的相变蓄冷材料与多能互补系统的融合应用。大棚地下层铺设的高性能相变材料,可将土壤温度稳定控制在20-23℃,较室外低10℃;配合太阳能光伏/光热、风力发电、智能热泵等技术,构建起全周期精准调控体系,夏季棚内温度较室外低4℃,实现全年无休种植。

The project's core technology lies in the integrated application of self-developed phase-change thermal storage materials and multi-energy complementary systems. The high-performance phase-change material installed in the greenhouse's basement layer maintains soil temperature at 20-23°C, 10°C lower than outdoor levels. Combined with solar photovoltaic/thermal systems, wind power generation, and smart heat pumps, this creates a full-cycle precision control system. During summer, the greenhouse temperature remains 4°C cooler than outdoor conditions, enabling year-round cultivation without seasonal interruptions.

项目的顺利投用,不仅巩固了相变蓄能技术在设施农业场景的商业化价值,也填补了热带地区绿色智能温室的应用空白。依托其低碳、高效、可复制的特点,项目示范效应有望在海南全岛及东南亚热区快速推广,与当地“绿色农业”“智慧农业”等政策方向高度契合。该项目的成功落地,为热带设施农业提供了全新的发展路径,也为美亚蓄能在农业领域的规模化拓展奠定了坚实基础,将持续助力公司打造新的增长动力。
